At Alev Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't exactly what you envisioned, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Alev display box and protective mailer to ensure it remains unscratched and secure during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
